Openfellas GmbH has strategically aligned with Munich-based PROM12 and Christian Kranebitter, welcoming them as new partners and strategic growth investors.
Since its founding in 2010, openfellas has been growing continuously. As a full-service provider for Odoo ERP implementations with almost 50 employees, openfellas services customer installations in over 20 countries, focusing on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Supported by PROM12, openfellas plans to continue their strong organic and inorganic growth in these core segments. As a specialist in digital transformation and IT services, PROM12 will support openfellas in its future development and work closely with the openfellas management team to strategically develop the company for national and international growth. Openfellas‘ current partners will remain as partners and employees. Johannes Nordhaus, Stefan Krötz, and Florian Schneider will retain their responsibilities as Managing Directors of the openfellas business.
