There is movement in the Odoo partner industry.
Munich-based openfellas GmbH announced today that it will acquire a majority stake in axxelia GmbH from Freiburg. Once the transaction has been completed, axxelia GmbH will be renamed openfellas Freiburg GmbH and will continue to operate as an independent company in the market.
Odoo is an ERP business software from the Belgian manufacturer of the same name, which has expanded rapidly in recent years (> 3,400 employees) and is used by over 7 million users worldwide.
This strategic expansion strengthens openfellas' position as one of the leading Odoo Gold partners in German-speaking countries. The integration of axxelia/openfellas Freiburg will expand openfellas' portfolio and strengthen its presence in the DACH region. Thanks to the synergies, optimized consulting and service models can also be offered to international customers in the future.
